This is the car we are renting for me....it is automatic as I do not (yet) know how to drive a stick shift.
But only in Germany would they have to point out that the top speed of the vehicle is 210km/h = 130mph. You really are allowed to go very fast on parts of the Autobahn (highway)!

I was just wondering yesterday whether you walked to the small supermarket or had a car yet. Are the control locations sorta intuitive, or a whole new thing to learn?
Rick picked up the car we are leasing (Audi A6) yesterday. For the moment we are renting me an automatic car until I learn to drive a stick shift.
I drove to the market. If you mean the car controls, then mostly they are the same except instead of one "stick" sticking out of the left side of the steering wheel that controls the windshield wiper and turns the blinker on, there are two and I keep hitting the wrong one to turn on the blinkers!
I finally figured out how to leave you a comment. Car looks good - is it a Mercedes?
It is a Mercedes...I think that was the only Automatic left at the rental company
Actually that sticker is showing you the highest speed you are allowed to drive with the tires that are currently on the car (I'm assuming winter tires...) it can probably go a little faster....
That is still way way faster than I want to drive!!
You get used to it after a while :-)
